What is IRINS?
IRINS (Indian Research Information Network System) is a web-based Research Information Management (RIM) service developed by INFLIBNET Centre. It helps academic and R&D organisations collect, curate, and showcase scholarly communication activities while enabling researchers to create professional research profiles.
The system seamlessly integrates with HR systems, institutional repositories, grant management tools, and external scholarly databases like Scopus, ORCID, ResearcherID, Microsoft Academic ID, and Google Scholar. This enables automatic ingestion of publications and research data, ensuring a complete and up-to-date academic profile.
